THEME PARK SERVICES

We handle everything that makes a park day stressful — ride strategy, Lightning Lane coordination, crowd navigation, stroller management, meal breaks, photo moments, and real-time adjustments throughout the day. You show up, we handle the rest.

No. The Day-Of Darling is an independent personal assistant service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or employed by any theme park.

Yes. Park admission for your assigned Darling is the client's responsibility and is separate from service fees.

The Concierge service is our premium full-day experience — it includes pre-trip planning, a custom itinerary, ride strategy, and full day-of support. Family Support is focused on in-park childcare and logistical assistance without the full planning component. Both are valuable depending on what your family needs.

As early as possible, especially for peak seasons, holiday periods, and weekends. Popular dates fill quickly. We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance.

Yes. For Concierge clients, Lightning Lane strategy and reservation coordination are part of the service. We'll help you maximize your day from the moment you arrive.
EVENTS & BRIDE'S DARLING

Baby showers, birthday parties, bridal showers, engagement parties, private dinners, and intimate gatherings. If you're hosting an event and need an extra set of hands, we're a great fit.

Your Bride's Darling is your dedicated personal assistant for the entire wedding day. We handle the small but important details — dress adjustments, personal item organization, timeline coordination, and anything else that comes up — so you can be fully present on your wedding day.

No. We work alongside your planner or coordinator. Think of us as your personal support — focused entirely on you, not the logistics of the whole event.
BOOKING & LOGISTICS

Yes. A deposit is required to secure your date. Deposit details will be provided during the booking process.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a refundable or transferable deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a minimum service charge. Full details are outlined in your service agreement.

As The Day-Of Darling grows, select bookings may be supported by trained team members called Darlings. Every Darling is personally trained by founder Kelinda Star and held to the same standards of professionalism, warmth, and service quality.
