What a Concierge Day Actually Looks Like

$150–$250 / hour · 6-hour minimum
Pricing varies based on season, group size, and demand. Your exact rate will be confirmed during your consultation call.
A deposit of $150 per assistant per day is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due at the end of service.
Park admission for your Darling may be required and will be discussed during your consultation.

No. The Day-Of Darling is an independent personal assistant service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or employed by any theme park. We are here to support your family — not represent the park.

The Concierge service is a full-day, high-touch experience. Your Darling is actively managing your family's day, coordinating timing, guiding your group, and handling every logistical detail from arrival to wrap-up. The Nanny service focuses primarily on childcare support — supervising children, assisting with strollers, and helping manage the kids so parents can enjoy more freedom during the visit.

It depends on the booking. Some Darlings hold their own park access, which means no additional ticket is needed. For peak dates and holiday weekends when reservation availability is limited, a guest ticket may be required to secure your Darling's entry. This will always be confirmed with you before your service date — no surprises.
